ESAD's Administrative Office is a service includes: ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLAINTS*, SUPPORT and SCHOLARSHIPS AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE.


ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT, DOCUMENTATION AND COMPLAINTS

It is responsible for the institution's pedagogical activity, ensuring that the ESAD Board of Directors liaises with lecturers and students, directly supports teaching activity, and ensures, among other aspects, the management of calendars, timetables, assessments, certification, certificates, course diplomas, accreditation processes, school awards and merit scholarships.


SUPPORT

Provides face-to-face customer service, welcomes and assists students and lecturers in the regular process of the administrative system for their academic career, supports students in the digital processes of application, enrolment and registration, payment management, simple certification, and assists lecturers in the day-to-day management of their activities.


SCHOLARSHIPS AND SOCIAL ASSISTANCE

Provides direct support to students in the process of applying for scholarships from the Direção-Geral do Ensino Superior, and coordinates with the institution and the legal department in solving situations of non-compliance and debt restructuring.
