Change of Institution / Course Pair Contest

Candidates can apply for the Change of Institution/Course Pair admission procedure if they:    

  • Have been enrolled and registered in another institution/course pair and have not completed it.
  • Have taken 1 or 2 national exams, with a grade equal to or higher than 95 points (on a 0–200 point scale):

      • Portuguese (639) + History of Culture and Arts (724)

The Change of Institution/Course Pair procedure applies to students who have been enroled and registered in a foreign higher education institution in a course of study classified as higher education by the legislation of the country in question and have not completed it.

The Change of Institution/Course Pair procedure does not apply to students who have attended a Professional Higher Technical Course, or a foreign course of a corresponding level.

Documentation

  • Application — online
  • Citizen Card or Passport
  • ENES Form (National Secondary School Examinations), corresponding to the year of application, submitted as an original or certified photocopy.
  • Certificate of the curricular units passed, with the respective grades, ECTS or workload, original or certified photocopy.

Prerequisites

  • GROUP F – Visual and Motor Ability

Medical certificate, in line with Annex VIII.1, proving visual acuity and the absence of a mental, sensory or motor disability that interferes with functional capacity to the point of preventing learning by oneself or by others; to be handed in at the time of enrolment, at the ESAD office, which is an essential condition for enrolment and registration (Decree-Law no. 338/2023 of March 24).
 
The Medical Certificate must be handed in at the time of enrolment.
