This short course proposes a visual approach to gastronomy as a cultural and sensory object, exploring its expressive potential through image. Throughout the course, participants explore light, composition, support materials and the construction of atmosphere. The methodology is practical and project-orientated. Each participant develops an authorial photographic series, with personalised accompaniment, studio sessions and moments of criticism and reflection. The course ends with a group show and final presentation of the work.
