Fabric'arte is an initiative of Matosinhos City Council, curated by esad-idea, designed to encourage the creation, production and dissemination of artistic activities among young people, promoting their active participation and the positive transformation of urban space, with a focus on environmental sustainability.

The first edition of the Fabric'arte Exhibition, to be held in 2024, covers six artistic areas: Digital Art, Sculpture, Photography, Illustration, Fashion and Painting, with the theme being ‘Freedom’, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of 25 April 1974.

The project is aimed at young people living or studying in Matosinhos, aged between 15 and 25. The exhibition will take place on 9 and 10 November 2024 at the Casa da Arquitetura in Matosinhos.
