This collection was developed as part of the Final Project for the Undergraduate Degree in Design — Fashion Design and was presented at the ESAD SHOWCASE, as part of bloom — portugal fashion show. 

Re: As Requested stems from an investigation into personal taste, exploring the deconstruction of garments and materials. Taking the shirt and the blazer as wardrobe essentials, the collection transforms these pieces through draping directly on the mannequin, creating hybrid silhouettes enriched with crochet, beads, fur and other textile manipulations.

Inspired by GEM's performative strength, the constructive experimentation of IFM and the harmony found in the apparent chaos of Martin Parr's editorials, alongside references such as Rick Owens, Kasia Kucharska, Dior and Chanel, the collection reflects on fast fashion. The familiarity of these wardrobe staples makes them particularly susceptible to rapid reproduction, inviting a reconsideration of consumption through less conventional approaches to garment construction.
