The study and traineeship mobilities are unique opportunities for regular students of ESAD to study and work abroad with financial assistance. They are the possibility to discover new ways of learning and working and, at the same time, exploring new cultures.
Studies
Application
Step 1
ESAD students interested in Erasmus+ mobility should apply using the application form.
By the deadline for applying for Erasmus+ study mobility (indicated on the application form), a letter of recommendation from the Project or Fundamentals of Design lecturer should also be sent to international@esad.pt.
Step 2
After nomination and acceptance by ESAD's Partner Schools, the process will include the documents listed below, which will be duly explained and, in some cases, drawn up with the support of the Erasmus+ office.
- mobility contract
- declaration of responsibility
- Online Learning Agreement (selection of curricular units to be taken at the Partner School)
- European Health Card
- OLS - Online Language Support (online language courses)
- declaration of arrival and departure
Step 3
To finalise the ERASMUS+ mobility process, students must submit and complete the following documents:
- Transcript of records (document containing the grades obtained at the Partner School)
- Final Report (to be completed online immediately after the end date of the mobility period)
Internships
Application
Step 1
ESAD students interested in Erasmus+ mobility should apply using the application form.
Step 2
After confirmation of acceptance of the internship under the Erasmus+ Programme, the mobility process will include the documents listed below, which will be duly explained and, in some cases, drawn up with the support of the Erasmus+ office.
- Traineeship Agreement (agreement between the 3 parties on the objectives to be achieved during the mobility)
mobility contract - declaration of responsibility
- European Health Insurance Card
- civil liability and personal accident insurance
- OLS - Online Language Support (online language courses)
- declaration of arrival and departure
Step 3
To finalise the Erasmus+ mobility process, students must submit and complete the following documents:
- Assessment in the Traineeship Agreement (Table D - Traineeship Certificate by the Receiving Organisation/Enterprise)
- Final Report (sent by the European Union immediately after the end of the mobility period, to be completed online)
