Interface and Multimedia Design

As part of the Blue Design Alliance, this course trains Higher Professional Technicians in the fields of communication design and graphic interfaces, for business and institutional contexts related to the blue economy (water and oceans cluster).

The Interface and Multimedia Design course is intended to train Higher Professional Technicians in the fields of Communication Design and graphic interfaces focused on business and institutional contexts related to the blue economy. The training will cover communication and multimedia design activities for the creation and organization of digital content on various communication platforms, using photography, video, illustration, digital animation and virtual and augmented realities. The curriculum will enable future professionals to create communication design projects and graphic interfaces for websites, digital applications and other communication systems for companies, research centers, municipalities, museums and other institutions linked to the blue economy.

Profile

Objectives

  • Devise, develop and execute interface design projects for multi-platform static, dynamic and interactive dissemination and communication.
  • Design, develop and execute interfaces for websites and web applications.
  • Record, edit and publish photographic images, video and animation for digital content production.
  • Coordinate, guide and undertake technical activities in the field of Interface and Multimedia Design.
  • Plan, organize and supervise the quality and production, editing and post-production processes involved in Interface Design and Multimedia projects on different communication platforms.
  • Incorporate theoretical and technological knowledge into design activities.
  • Join multidisciplinary teams in the development of design projects.

The Higher Professional Technical Courses running at ESAD stem from the Blue Design Alliance consortium, promoted by ESAD. These courses are part of a 6-month internship, award a Level 5 professional diploma (QNQ) and allow more direct access to the job market, but also ensure the possibility of continuing studies in ESAD's Degrees.
