Risograph illustration
This course introduces Risography as a contemporary printing technique applied to illustration, exploring its aesthetic, creative and sustainable potential. Practical in nature, it covers the entire process from preparing digital files to layered printing, encouraging experimentation with colours, overlays, textures and the imperfections inherent to this language. Learning is consolidated through guided exercises and projects, such as fanzines, posters and limited editions. In addition to the artistic dimension, the course highlights the sustainable aspect of Risography, a low-energy process that uses soy-based inks and recycled paper. In line with the Blue Design Alliance's mission, it also invites reflection on the value of water and natural resources. At the end, participants will be prepared to use Risography as a creative and conscious language, expanding the possibilities of contemporary illustration.
