Skills
- Use different drawing media, materials and supports, both analogue and digital, to create comic strips that convey messages of sustainability and environmental awareness
- Apply drawing and digital illustration techniques, using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Krita, to produce works that value the preservation of the environment and natural resources
- Design expressive characters that are aligned with impactful visual narratives, capable of sensitising others to issues such as ocean protection and sustainable water management
- Create cohesive and engaging visual narratives, using storytelling techniques specific to comics and which promote the appreciation of water - ocean and river resources
- Apply line typologies and graphic registers appropriate to the style and genre of the comic strip
- Apply technical knowledge of space, perspective, dimension and proportion to develop scenes and visual sequences that emphasise harmony and the importance of preserving the environment
- Integrate textures and stains to add depth and realism to illustrations
Create imaginative memory drawings that contribute to the idealisation of original stories through the exploration of themes such as sustainability and environmental preservation

Tuition Fee
Fully funded course: exemption from tuition fees, registration, and insurance. A €25,00 fee is required to reserve a place, which will be refunded upon completion of the course.

This initiative offers scholarships for Courses taught at ESAD. All the courses are practically orientated and allow you to pursue a professional career, where the theme of water will always be present, as well as caring for the ecosystems of rivers, seas and oceans.
