Matosinhos
Slowly and silently, we made our way through the streets of Matosinhos to the beach, as if we were one body. This ‘body’ of individuals attracted the gaze of passers-by, contrasting with the other group dynamics we came across. At occasional stops, there was time to contemplate and listen, both inside and outside this ‘body’. And we continued, moving undulatingly to the flavour of the thoughts that hovered in each of us, which came and went, unconcerned with the passing of time.
Exploratório Walks
The Exploratório Walks programme is a proposal from esad-idea that will welcome guests from different areas who will propose connections between places, experiences and themes.
The walks will take place regularly throughout the year and can be critical - with discussion of themes while walking - and/or creative - with silence and deep listening, visual representation or selective recollection as creative processes or in which the walk itself is a performative act.
