Here, you are challenged to explore new languages and forms of digital expression through projects that articulate image, sound, movement and interactivity. Lecturers with solid professional experience and access to laboratories equipped with advanced technology provide students with demanding, innovative training that is aligned with the contemporary challenges of multidimensional creation and its social, cultural and ethical implications.

Critical, practice-based and contextual learning

Objectives

  • To develop critical thinking and artistic literacy in its multiple dimensions and to provide notions of project management, production and presentation.
  • To promote the creation and production of solid and technologically consistent multidimensional narratives, linking the fields of image, sound, movement and interaction through writing, drawing, photography, 2d and 3d animation, cinematography, soundscape, video games and interactive installations.
  • To provide experiences in professional contexts, promoting collaborative work with other specialists in the field, with respect for diversity and the principles of professional ethics.
  • Encourage participation in competitions and festivals in the field and collaboration with other national and international institutions, as well as participation in R&D activities.
  • Encourage the realisation of autonomous work as a personal research practice and a way of deepening communication, procedural, technical and creative skills.
